The MIXYVAC vacuum mixer for plaster and coatings has been designed according to the most advanced ergonomic indications available, so as to allow the maximum rational operation.
Vacuum
The incorporated pump is very silent and almost immediately creates a high degree vacuum, thus permitting excellent mixing which includes air bubbles in the mass. The vacuum is inserted automatically at the beginning of the mixing process. The vacuum gauge indicates that the pump is functioning correctly.
Timer
The timer permits the programming of the duration of the mixing up to 60 seconds.
Protection of the Pump
In order to guarantee long duration of the equipment, the pump is furnished with a double filter on the suction circuit, placed in such a way as to avoid even a minimum quantity of dust, being sucked up into the
pump itself. The control of the oil level in the pump and its relevant elements for filling and draining the oil, reduces to a minimum the maintenance of the MIXYVAC.
Mixing
The MIXYVAC is supplied with two mixing bowls, respectively 170 cc and 560 cc.
The insertion of the mixing bowls on the rotation system happens automatically thanks to the self-centering
Mobile platform.
Pouring
In order to obtain the maximum ease of handling during the pouring of the coating, the MIXYVAC mixer has been supplied with a vibrating platform placed on the work bench.
The MIXYVAC mixer can be placed on a work bench or can be hung on a wall.
